Falgun Shah holds a Master’s degree in Technology from IIT Madras and an MBA with a specialization in Finance from Ahmedabad. Additionally, he has obtained certifications such as the Diploma in Quality Management, Lead Auditor ISO 9000, Six Sigma Green Belt, & other certifications such as ESG Impact Leader, as Independent Director, as Risk Management Professional, and for Digital Transformations.
Commencing his career as a “scientist” with Bhabha Atomic Research Center, Mr. Shah holds 40 years of corporate experience in diverse sectors including light engineering, switchgear, plastic durables, and home appliances. Throughout his career, he has excelled in research, product innovations and development, manufacturing and engineering, quality assurance, certifications, ERP implementation, supply chain management, international business operations, business development, corporate governance, and ESG practices. Last two assignments before retirement were as CEO (International Subsidiaries) with Symphony Limited and as Director (Operations) at Raj Cooling.
He has extensively travelled for work to countries such as the USA, Mexico, UK, France, Germany, Austria, Czechoslovakia, Italy, Spain, Turkey, UAE, Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, DRC, Mozambique, Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and China.
Mr. Shah also loves to mentor and coach – and, he speaks at various forums wherein he shares his ideas on leadership, productivity, business excellence, quality, safety, sustainability, strategy and profitability. Mr. Shah also is a certified brain science trainer and interacts with schools and students for delivering memory enhancement and smart study solutions.
As an entrepreneur, Mr. Shah has come out with innovative and high-quality training, coaching, mentoring and counselling services that are incredibly affordable too.
Urmi Shah - Career Coach & Trainer
Urmi Shah holds a Master’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. She also holds a prestigious Diploma in Anchoring apart from host of several other certificates in the programs related to Teaching and related to Literature Studies.
She has served as a Lecturer with Girls Polytechnic College as well as a Lecturer with an Engineering College and holds a wide experience in teaching, setting curriculum and handling admin tasks for an education institute.
She initiated and formed a group for making audio recordings (daily news, stories, magazines, learning material, etc.) for Blind People, it is obviously a charity work and quite helpful for blind people.
She is deeply passionate about dance, especially Gujarat’s Garba dance, and leads initiatives for organizing society/street Garba in its traditional format.
With a deep passion for teaching, particularly for small children, she is the co-founder of this career coach and training institute.
